Files and links you submit
We process the video you upload or public link you paste to prepare a download. To retrieve a video, our server connects to the corresponding platform. You do not need a ClipFaro account or your TikTok or Instagram password.
Working files and results are stored temporarily on our server. Download links expire after one hour. Expired files are removed by periodic cleanup, so deletion can occur after that time. Anyone with a valid download link can access the file until it expires; keep the link to yourself if the file should remain private.
Service measurements
We keep aggregate counters for form views, attempts, results, errors and download clicks, with categories such as platform, format and language and processing times. These counters do not include video URLs, filenames, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. They do not represent unique people. Our own measurement system does not use cookies.
Web connections transmit technical information such as IP addresses and browser information. The server uses IP addresses in memory to limit requests. Infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical data and logs under their own policies.
Google advertising
ClipFaro integrates Google advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers and receive technical information to serve and measure ads, depending on settings, region and available consent choices.
